Youth

What exactly is youth? Does it manifest itself in the physical aspect and can we see it at first glance?  Or is it a state of mind expressed in an individual's everyday behaviour?

In my opinion, youth refers to a state of mind. It is entirely up to us whether we feel young at 60 or whether we become old person trapped in the body of a 20-year-old. Moreover, it is very important to be able to remain young despite the passing years. Much depends on a person's character, but it is not the only determinant. It is equally important to work on oneself and to be willing to make changes, together with the ability to see them in the environment.

Youth means looking for new solutions, dreams that seem impossible to fulfil, hope, and the belief that you can do everything if you really want to. Youth is unconditional love and helping the weak. It is activity and action. It is the ability to pick up after failures and to learn from them. And above all, it is the joy from the bottom of your heart and love for yourself.

You can be young at any age just as much as old. It is up to us who we want to be. Youth offers enormous possibilities. It is a time of carelessness, making mistakes, learning and being very active. We should be able to cultivate these abilities so as not to lose them. They can guarantee us a life in harmony with ourselves, which also translates into our physical, mental and spiritual health. The sooner we grow old, the sooner we lose the joy of living. An organism that receives negative signals from our psyche becomes ill and eventually dies. Therefore, it is important to understand this and to change something in your life, because "the idea is to die young, as late as possible." - Tao Porchon-Lynch
